A global campaign we built for The Ritz Carlton and one of my first projects with Team One. I almost found myself working on this project in a silo but before I passing it off to the creative team but Phil Glist(Creative Director) was kind enough to join me in brainstorming. I am proud to say that I came up with the initial concept and the name. After being presented with the strategy, language, and a few newborn ideas. The language from the initial conversation "Indelible Marks" resonated well with me. I realized that hotel guests were creating "Indelible Memories" during their stay. More importantly, I found great value in encouraging guests to capture and share these moments throughout the various social channels. #RCMemories being the chosen hashtag. I handed off my concepts, and the team developed them into a remarkable global campaign.
